Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Liftoff account and its associated data directly from the app. Deletion is irreversible: workout history, ranks, streaks, and purchases tied to the account cannot be restored afterward.

Delete from the app

1. Open Liftoff and go to your profile.
2. Open Settings, then choose Account.
3. Select Delete Account and confirm. You may be asked to re-authenticate first.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (username, avatar, cosmetics) and social connections
• Workout history, personal records, ranks, and streaks
• Nutrition and health-log entries stored in your account
• Media attached to your posts

What deletion does not do

• App-store subscriptions are managed by Apple/Google. Deleting the account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
• Limited records may be retained where the law requires (for example, purchase records), per the privacy policy.
