Every set gets a score
Log a set and Liftoff estimates your one rep max, then scores it on a 1 to 1000 strength rating that accounts for your bodyweight and sex, mapped to nine ranks from Wood to Olympian. Progress stops being a feeling and becomes a number you can defend.
Workouts planned for you
The workout generator builds sessions and multi-week programs around your goal, schedule, equipment, and experience. Save them as presets, tweak them, or just hit start.
Motivation that compounds
Daily quests, workout streaks, and ranked leaderboards that stack you up against friends, your country, and the world. The game layer exists for one reason: to get you back in the gym for the next session.
Everything around the workout
Nutrition tracking with barcode scans and Calorie Lens, the AI food scanner, a health log with 17 body measurements, a per-muscle Bodygraph, home-screen widgets, Apple Watch support, and a live rest timer on your Lock Screen.
How it works
Log the workout
Track sets, reps, weight, RPE, and supersets from 600 exercises with video form guides, or import your history from Strong or Hevy.
Get ranked
Each lift earns a strength rating built from millions of real lifters. Watch ranks climb per exercise, per muscle, and overall.
Climb the leaderboards
Quests, streaks, and ranked leaderboards keep score between workouts. There is always someone just above you to catch.
What Liftoff does not do
- Calorie Lens, the AI food scanner, and cloud sync need an internet connection. Liftoff is not an offline-first tracker.
- Strength ranks cover 400 of the 600 exercises, so obscure accessories may be unranked.
- AI features and deeper analytics are part of Liftoff Pro; core logging, ranks, streaks, and leaderboards are free.
