Strava integration: post every lift to your feed
Liftoff is an official Strava partner. Connect the two accounts once and any gym session you finish can post straight to Strava as a Weight Training activity, carrying the exercises you actually did, how long you trained, and a summary card of the workout.

An official Strava partner
Liftoff is built on Strava's official API as an approved partner, so linking runs through Strava's own authorization screen. You never hand a password to Liftoff, and access can be revoked from either side at any time.
Your actual lifts, not a generic entry
Liftoff maps each logged exercise to Strava's own strength-training exercise types, so a barbell bench press lands on Strava as a barbell bench press. Your feed reads like the session you ran instead of an empty Weight Training block.
A summary card on every post
Each posted workout carries an image summarising the session so followers can read it at a glance: the exercises you trained and the numbers behind them, attached to the Strava activity.
Free, and off until you say so
The Strava connection is free on every Liftoff account, no Pro required, and nothing leaves the app unless you flip the Post to Strava toggle when you finish. Cardio stays on Strava; Liftoff handles what happens under the bar.
How it works
Connect once
Open Settings in Liftoff, tap Connect Strava Account, and authorize on Strava's page. That is the whole setup.
Flip Post to Strava
When you finish a session, turn on the Post to Strava toggle before you post it. Leave it off for the sessions you would rather keep to yourself.
See it in your feed
The workout appears on Strava as a Weight Training activity with your exercises, your session duration, and the summary card attached.
What Liftoff does not do
- Posting runs one way. Liftoff pushes gym sessions to Strava; it does not pull your Strava runs and rides back into Liftoff.
- Strava sees the workout, not the rank. Strength ranks, ratings, and leaderboards stay inside Liftoff.
- Exercises with no Strava equivalent post under a generic strength-training type rather than a named lift.
