What Liftoff does not do
- Calorie Lens, the AI food scanner, and cloud sync need an internet connection. Liftoff is not an offline-first tracker.
- Strength ranks cover 400 of the 600 exercises, so obscure accessories may be unranked.
- AI features and deeper analytics are part of Liftoff Pro; core logging, ranks, streaks, and leaderboards are free.
