How to do it

    Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, straddling the T-bar row machine.

    Bend at your hips and knees to lower your body down to the handles.

  3. 3

    Grip the handles with both hands, keeping your back straight and chest up.

  4. 4

    Pull the handles towards your torso, squeezing your shoulder blades together.

  5. 5

    Slowly return the handles to the starting position with control.
